The hotel had good wifi and a decent breakfast. the price was also budget-friendly, which was important for our romantic escape. We also appreciated the comfortable room and the fact that the hotel was located close to some key attractions and restaurants.
the staff seemed unprofessional and uncoordinated, which was frustrating at times.

We had a great stay with comfortable and clean rooms. the hotel's location was convenient, with an easy-to-find parking spot. the staff was professional and provided excellent service. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, and the hot water in the bathroom was working well.
The coordination between teams could be improved to avoid interruptions like staff accidentally coming into occupied rooms.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The hotel had a convenient location close to several restaurants and shops. The price was affordable, giving us some extra cash for Christmas shopping.
The breakfast had limited choices and was not very appetizing. The staff seemed disinterested in helping us with our needs and were not very friendly.

Great value for money! The spacious and modern room exceeded my expectations. The comfortable bed was perfect after a long drive. The desk with mirror and lamp was very useful for getting ready. The staff was friendly and the parking was easy to find.
